“What teachers write on the blackboard of life can never be erased.” Despite the pandemic that entered our country, teachers continue to help and guide students for them to improve in all aspects. The teachers are also one of the building blocks of our society who help us lay a firm foundation of knowledge and wisdom that serves as our guiding light to the future. Be thankful to the new heroes of our society, the teachers. Here are the reasons why students should appreciate them.

Working hard everyday to prepare and teach us the things that we need to learn.
Making sure that their subject is exciting and interesting to learn by exerting a lot of effort and creativity in preparing the lessons and activities.
Helping us not only in improving our academic skills and performance but also our behavior.
Sharing students not only about knowledge in different subjects but also inspirational life lessons that we can bring in our lives.
Really happy and appreciative when we do something successful, either big or small.
Have a long string of patience in dealing with us who have various attitudes and personalities.
Teaching us how to be respectful and responsible students, and are considerate when it comes to deadlines.
Guiding and supporting us in everything we do as long as it is good for us.
Passionate about teaching and helping us to unlock our potential and improve ourselves to build and make our future better.
Always believe that we can learn and develop even if it seems impossible at first and that we can be better each day.
Actually, there are a lot more reasons to thank teachers. But what’s more important is what we can do to reciprocate their hard work and sacrifices. By being punctual in logging in for attendance and showing up in synchronous sessions, exerting effort in making quality outputs and submitting them on time, preparing for exams and performances, and actively participating in discussions and group activities, as well as informing them about the reason why we are absent or why we cannot attend synchronous sessions or submit an output on time or missed an exam, are more than enough ways. They only want what’s best for us.
Every October 5, we celebrate World Teacher’s Day. Yet, as students, let’s express our gratitude to our teachers all-year-round. #
