Orange Mages’ Uga emerged as Declamation contest Champion

Showcasing an extraordinary ability in speaking, Chelsea Sophia Uga, the representative of Orange Mages, got the Championship in the Declamation competition as part of Cluster D Unity E-Games and Festival of Talents, Feb. 27.

Conveying composure and concentration, Uga delivered her declamation piece in a clearest and cleanest way, thus taking 1st place. Moreover, Pink Archers’ Jemver Antipuesto achieved 2nd place while Green Swordmen’s Zhyra de Silva secured 3rd place.

All performances were pre-recorded, which were shared via Zoom and streamed live on Facebook.

“Well, I wasn’t expecting it at all. It was actually my first time to join a Declamation contest, and I had no experience in it. When I heard I was declared the Champion, I was shocked, proud, and relieved at the same time. I tried my best to give it my all in my performance, even if I felt anxious watching the other participants,” Uga shared in an interview. #
