With this darkness around me

And the cold surrounding

My thoughts are sinning

And the enemies are winning

Unable to see, unable to hear

But their voices are crystal clear.

When the darkness comes

And the air becomes cold

When you thought that there was no one

And you felt so alone

Just look back to where you left me

Cause I’m waiting for you to come home.

Scream my name as you pray

And I’ll slay the demons

That led you astray

After the cry that you had for the night

I’ll paint a rainbow in your life.
